Bail Bonds in Live Oak, FL
When you need a bail bonds agent, you want someone you can trust. You want an agent who has years of experience as well as being very knowledgeable. The agents at Brennan Bail Bonds have over 20 years of service in the bail bonds industry. We have written every type of bail bond possible and are well versed in the laws that pertain to bail bonds and how they are used. It is our goal to put that knowledge to good use and make sure you have everything you need and are well informed when it comes to choosing what bail bonds agency is best for your needs.
Unlike other agencies, we will help you go over the situation carefully. There are some times when posting bail for a loved one is not a good idea. If the defendant is not stable, they may choose to not go to court, causing your bond to be forfeited and you to lose your money. In cases, where the defendant is a danger to themselves or others, posting bond could only lead to more trouble. Leaving them in jail is much safer for all involved.
At Live Oak, our bail bonds office is staffed round the clock so we will be there any time you need us. Bad things can happen to nice people. It can be difficult to sort through a situation when you do not have all of the facts. That's what we are here for. We will help you get to the bottom of the problem so you can make an informed and very wise decision. 24/7/365, we are here no matter what time of day. You are not alone in this and we will make sure you have us to back you up through the whole ordeal.
If you have a loved one who has been arrested, don't assume that all counties have the same procedures and processes. They don't. In fact, some are quite different. Contact our website today or look at our website to see what type of information you need for the county you are looking for. We try to provide as much information as possible on our web page. If you still cannot find the answers to your questions, feel free to stop by our office or call us. We make ourselves available to you at all hours of the day and night because we know first hand that an arrest can occur at any time.
How Much Do You Charge?
As a fully licensed and insured bail bond agency, we are required by law to abide by the requirements put forth by the state of Florida. For a state bond, you will be required to pay a premium that is 10% of the total bail bond amount. Federal and immigration bail bonds are much more complicated and require the premium to be 15% of the total bail bond amount. These premiums are set by the state and are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If another agency tries to convince you they have cheaper rates, they are doing things illegally and may be running a scam. We do not charge anything for some of our other features. Our Bail by Phone option is free to use and extremely convenient. We can also do warrant checks that will run your name and birthday to find out if you have any open warrants. Many of our services are free because we know how difficult it can be if you do get arrested. We want to earn your trust before you need us.
How Can I Use Bail by Phone?
Our Bail by Phone feature is simple and easy to use. It can be used no matter where you are in the world as long as you have an active phone line, a credit card and a fax/copy machine at your disposal. As soon as you hear of a loved one being arrested, your first step should be to call us. We will fax you all of the documents you will need to fill out to start the application. Print them off, fill them out and sign them. Once you are done, fax them back to us. Make sure to include the credit card information so we can obtain the funds to start the process and post your loved one's bail. If you prefer to not include the information on the application, you can call us over the phone and give us the card number that way. The choice is yours and we are here to help make it an easy one.
Call our office at any time and we will make sure you have a live agent to speak to. We believe in the personal touch and will do everything in our power to make sure you feel safe and secure when working with us. We can offer you sound advice as to whether or not a bail bond should be posted as well as providing you with a complete list of all of your responsibilities as a co-signer. Feel Free to call our office day or night, holidays or weekends. We will be here. Our phone number is 888-354-9011.
