Here are a couple of questions that are commonly asked:

Q – How much does a bail bond cost?
A – Depending on how much the court has set as bail with make the difference in what each individual case will have to pay. 10% is what we charge of the total bail amount. So if a bail is set at $500 you will need to pay us $50 to obtain the release of your loved one. This 10% is non refundable and is our fee for posting the bail for you. If you paid bail without using a bondsman, the courts would insist on the “entire” bail amount and you would have to pay in cash and in person. So using a bondsman is the smartest move you can make when posting a bail.

Q – Will you need collateral?
A – Depends on the situation. If the defendant has a large criminal record, or if the bail is set extremely high, there may be a need for collateral. But 90% of the time no collateral is needed. Speak with our bondsmen when calling and they will inform you on your chances of needing collateral.
