After providing the bondsman with this information the next stage of the process is filling out paperwork and contracts called, bond forms. These are the contracts between indemnitor and bondsman. The forms will include:
- A defendant questionnaire
- A credit card authorization form
- A bail bond conditions form
- Privacy disclosure
The Liberty County bondsman and the indemnitor are then assumed responsible for the arrestee’s return to all court dates pertaining to the case.
Payment options:
The indemnitor is required to pay the standard 10% of initial set bail to bond out a defendant. This is the case in Florida State bonds and Liberty County bonds.
